Parklife Partnerships is a new venture from a highly experienced team united by a passion to deliver quality homes and places that work through highly considered partnerships. Our collective experience across development, construction, infrastructure and urban regeneration allows us to bring forensic interrogation, delivery certainty and hands on problem solving to some of the industry’s most complex urban challenges. We understand that successful urban delivery relies on intelligently balancing competing priorities – from sustainability and building safety through to affordability, operational efficiency and long-term maintenance performance. Through its sister companies with over 50 years’ experience, the team brings significant live construction and infrastructure delivery expertise – including the delivery of, award winning, complex residential, commercial and infrastructure projects across the UK. This practical delivery experience is critical. It ensures viability conversations are grounded not only in development ambition, but in real world buildability, sequencing, procurement and operational understanding. Further efficiency is generated from the group’s substantial financial strength and scale of operation (including supply chain relationships).

Beginning as a groundworks contractor serving major housebuilders across the South East of England, Tom’s reputation was built on hard work, loyalty and high standards. Through decades of dedication and leadership, the business has grown and operates nationally. It remains well respected, offering complete, turnkey, projects as well as continuing to provide specialist trades to developers.
Tom’s vision is always centred on people; not simply grow a successful business, but to enhance the construction industry by investing in people, raising standards of operation, and building for residents and communities who will enjoy our places for generations to come.

Kieran brings extensive experience in
construction delivery, engineering-led problem solving and operational project management across complex urban developments.
His hands-on approach, forensic attention to detail and focus on long-term quality and performance underpin Parklife’s commitment to buildability, delivery certainty and operational resilience.
Mike Woolliscroft

With extensive experience in residential-led development and major infrastructure projects, Mike has supported the delivery of large-scale partnerships that have become benchmarks for best practice in construction, regeneration and community development.
Mike brings deep expertise in viability-led urban delivery, strategic partnerships and unlocking constrained or complex sites through collaborative and commercially intelligent approaches.
Louise O’Brien Smith
Co-Founder & Director
Having set up and managed the HBF five star rated Riverdale Developments business for the OHOB Group, Louise has a weath of experience in placemaking and customer relations.
She leads a large team at both board and operational levels for the group where she combines her management expertise with knowledge gained from her years with Countrywide and with major multi disciplinary engineering consultancy.
Louise is passionate about standards and the satisfaction of customers, partners and suppliers is core to her decision making.
Tom J O’Brien

Tom is a board director and managing director of the Group's plant and fleet business (B&T Plant Hire). He also leads relationship management with the group's banks.
Tom brings over twenty years of construction experience to the board which he applies throughout but especially in driving quality assurance and advancing methodology through investment in new technologies.
